Air Cooled Oil Cooler

CIP System (CLEAN IN PLACE SYSTEMS) is used for cleaning /descaling the machines and equipment in order to avoid downtime.This consists a Stainless steel recirculating pump, SS –Tank, SS Corrugated Flexible hose pipe with all necessary accessories. The chemical solution as per the decided strength will be pumped and then circulated through the heat exchanger, machine, RO pant, Water plant etc…and then the solution is collected back in the tank for recirculation purpose. Thus removing all the dirt dust, sludge/scale ,oil , grease from the metal or inner body of your precious machine/equipment.

Hydraulic Oil Coolers are used for High performance and working pressure-even for heavy duty

hydraulic and lubrication applications.

Working Function:

Heat will be transferred from the fluid to cooling air flow. Hydraulic Oil loses a lot of its characteristics at high temperatures. Heat not only reduces the durability of the oil but it also increases the wear and tear of the hydraulic components of the system. It is therefore important to cool the oil and keep an optimum temperature. Air cooled oil coolers are an ideal solution for cooling hydraulic oil.

They eliminate cooling water, pump, plumbing and cooling tower. It saves the expenses incurred on the electric power required for the water pump, for the entire life of the equipment.
